Can I downgrade my 4G subscription mid-month?
Normally we can downgrade a subscription, but only at the end of the current billing cycle and with the notice period defined in your contract (usually 30 days).
In some cases, our system may charge you a prorated charge for the
remainder of the billing period. Additional charges may also be incurred
if upgrading mid-month - these are billed via a separate invoice.

We're unable to downgrade a subscription that has been running for less
than 1 month or is within the minimum commitment period. You can find your minimum commitment period on your contract.
