Contract length & cancellation
Minimum term for Racing UK and At The Races bought on a stand alone basis is 12 months otherwise if bought with a Sky TV package, you must give 90 days’ notice to cancel, unless you are also cancelling your Sky TV agreement, in which case your contract with Racing UK, At the Races or BoxNation will end at the same time as your Sky TV agreement. Sky acts as a sales agent for Racing UK and BoxNation.
Your contract for these services is with Racing UK Limited or Boxing Channel Media Limited respectively, and is a separate agreement.
