User portal - Card status

What do the status indicators in my portal mean?

Ready status

Ready for usage, but no usage in the current month.

Active status

Indicates that the card is ready for usage and has used data within the current month.

Live status

Indicates that the card is connected and has recently used data, or is currently using data.

Suspended status

Please contact us if you see this status.

indicates that the card is blocked from use. This usually occurs if you have roamed out of area, or have not paid a bill. Please contact us if you see this status.

Unknown status

Please contact us if you see this status.

Indicates that there may be an issue with this card or it has been cancelled.
